A Cross-Chains Procurement Approach between Enterprises Targeted at Automotive Service Providers

In order to efficiently help auto service providers find suitable accessories agents, this paper proposes an inter-enterprise cross-chain procurement method for auto service providers. By building a cross-chain interaction and collaboration model between enterprises, an evaluation system for accessories agents is formed, and feature attributes are divided into positive features, negative features, and irrelevant features. The comprehensive evaluation operator “⊕” comprehensively evaluates qualified accessories agents, and selects the best accessories agents to provide to service providers who are out of stock, so as to provide customers with better services and improve customer satisfaction. Finally, the completeness and feasibility of the model proposed in this paper are verified by examples.
