Optimizing Cultural Promotion Strategies in Video Gaming Through the Application of the Kano Model

This paper investigates the optimization of cultural elements in video gaming, focusing on user satisfaction through applying the Kano Model and Design Thinking. Grounded in the dynamic landscape of video game design, the study employs the Kano Model to categorize cultural elements into must-be, one-dimensional, and attractive requirements, offering a nuanced understanding of their impact on user experience. Guided by Design Thinking principles, the research iteratively refines strategies, resulting in a comprehensive framework for enhanced gaming experiences through cultural integration.
