Improving Production Management and Control with Intelligent Chatbot Services

This study introduces a chatbot system tailored to assist customers and workers in a bakery scenario. The paper discusses the system's design, implementation, and tools employed, including Property Extraction, a service that extracts pertinent information from user utterances, and a business process management skill that integrates domain-specific knowledge and guides the conversation flow. Also, User KG service is presented as a way for creating a user profile that stores their preferences and properties, allowing the system to deliver personalized responses. Additionally, potential future enhancements are suggested, such as integrating the system with realtime production lines and inventories, for more extensive assistance to human operators.
