Intelligent Management of University International Activities

This paper presents the results of a study aimed at improving management decisions in managing the international activities of the university. The description of automated business processes is made using diagrams DFD and IDEF0 standards. The article contains a description of the software for the algorithms for assessing and forecasting the international activities of the university. An example of the transformation of external and internal factors into the space of principal components is considered. The developed system makes it possible to carry out statistical processing of data, evaluate the effectiveness of the international activities of the university, and also build a forecast for its development.
