Garnissage as an Effective Fence in High-Temperature Reactors

The article presents a technical solution for the use of a forced cooled garnissge lining to extend the operating time of high-temperature reactors, using the example of a glass furnace. The paper considers a regenerative bathroom glass furnace with transverse flame movement. The thermal balances of the glass furnace are calculated without the use and with the use of a forced cooled lining. An event on the modernization of a glass furnace is analyzed. An event to modernize a glass melting furnace is analyzed. The economic feasibility of implementing the event is substantiated. Prolongation of service life of target equipment has been proven.
