Wideband Matching of Planar Three-Layer Dielectric Composite Media

In this work, multilayer dielectric composite structures make it possible to implement broadband matching of a radio engineering system by implementing a frequency response with several attenuation poles. A technique for broadband matching of a composite three-layer dielectric medium is presented. The optimal or Chebyshev characteristic with coefficients corresponding to a reflection coefficient of 0.1 and a frequency band of 30% was selected as the frequency response. The calculation of the electrical characteristics of a layered composite medium is carried out using the characteristic matrices of individual layers, which are obtained by solving Maxwell's differential equations. The dependences of the reflection coefficient on the composite for TM and TE waves were obtained depending on the angle of incidence, as well as in the frequency range.
