Development of Algorithmic Support for the Geoinformation System Intended for Urban Space and Environment Design

This paper examines two aspects of the urban development plan formation: the urban space design and the urban environment design. The first includes the formation of the urban space as a structured set of city objects: buildings, structures and utility networks at underground and above– ground levels. The second includes the formation of the urban environment as a set of environmental conditions that primarily reflect the ecological state of the urban space being formed. An algorithmic support for a geoinformation system for designing the urban space has been developed in compliance with established urban planning standards and regulations, as well as identifying limiting factors during the construction of new facilities, including taking into account the dynamics of changes in the environmental conditions of the urban environment.
