Productive Assets Management System As a Way to Increase the Efficiency of the Energy Facilities Control

The study is of great importance as it covers the issues of concern in the sphere of safety and reliability of the plant. It is focused on possible accidents prevention and increase of equipment efficiency. Non-compliance with operating conditions and scheduled maintenance of equipment may lead to serious consequences including power outages, shutdowns of production facilities, as well as fires and other emergencies. The paper provides a comprehensive study of the maintenance and equipment repair management at a power plant, the application of a method for assessing the criticality of impacts on equipment through the calculation of indicators of the technical condition index, the probability of equipment failure, the risks of equipment failure and damage due to failure. A calculation model was compiled, the values of changes in the magnitude of risks and the total cost of equipment ownership were calculated.
