Adjustment of Electricity Tariffs for Efficient Installation of Electricity Storage Devices

In the article the tariffs for electric power are adjusted, when using which installation of electric power accumulators for equalization of daily load graphs of consumers is effective. The load graphs of an apartment building with a maximum power consumption of 800 kW and the use of a storage system with a capacity of 900 kWh were used as the initial data. Payment for electricity is made at the tariff for consumers of the 4th price category. The use of storage will fill the nighttime dip in the load graph and smooth out the evening peak. The components of the electricity tariff are compared and the degree of their change is determined to increase the payback of the storage system. It is found that, given the current trend towards cheaper electricity storage and an increase in the network maintenance rate by 27%, the installation of an electricity storage system is effective.
