Separate Method in Simulating the Spindle Unit Dynamics

This paper describes problems that impede obtaining the spindle unit adequate dynamic models used particularly in the vibration diagnostics. The first is in the flat models used in vibration diagnostics; it should be noted that they are unable to explain the natural frequency splitting in the amplitude-frequency relationship. Therefore, they are unable to explain the entire specter of physical processes in the spindle unit dynamics. Another problem is the damping values used at the early stage of simulation; their values precision is often low, which usually infringes the model adequacy.
