Design and optimization of laser reduced graphene oxide sensor for cognitive sleep and spatial factors Investigation

In this research paper, it is fabricated cost effective and eco-friendly novel laser reduced graphene oxide electrodes to measure the cognitive signals of spatial ability and sleep factors. The laser reduced graphene oxide electrode was optimized by laser integration to achieve the high conductivity and stability. The laser reduced graphene oxide electrodes surface was characterized by using scan electron microscope (SEM) and Raman spectroscopy (RS). The electroactive area and impedance of laser reduced graphene oxide were investigated by electrochemical impedance microscopy (EIS) method, which showed that the kinetic energy of the electron migration has been increased, which is promising for obtaining brain signals of cognitive processes. In order to confirm the stability of electrode, the mechanical, durability and sweat investigation were conducted to confirm the lability of novel electrode. The laser reduced graphene oxide was applied to investigate the cognitive signals of Spatial ability and sleep factors for real application. However, the relative standard deviation was less than 5% which is promising for sleep research.
