Modeling and Application of Yin-Yang Theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine Based on Automata

In order to promote the information development of Yin-Yang Theory of TCM and the combination of Yin-Yang Theory with mathematics and further clarify the internal logic and principle of Yin-Yang Theory of TCM in the process of TCM diagnosis and treatment. In this paper, Automata Theory was used to model the transformation process of human physiological and pathological states. Firstly, according to the natural language of Yin and Yang Theory, the paper classifies the human body state and introduces the concept of quantity, and then abstracts the transition relationship between Yin and Yang state of the human body. According to different states, a state transition model was constructed, which could simulate the whole process of human disease occurrence, development and outcome. The establishment of TCM Yin-Yang state model provides a new idea and method for the formalization and modeling of human physiological disease state transformation.
