Message from the Program Co-Chairs IRC 2023

It is with great pleasure that we welcome you to the Seventh IEEE International Conference on Robotic Computing (IRC 2023), in Laguna Hills, California, USA. Such edition of the conference is co-located with the 25th IEEE International Symposium on Multimedia (ISM 2023), and the 9th IEEE Multimedia Big Data (BigMM) conference. IRC 2023 seeks to bring together researchers and developers working in computer science and robotics to share important developments in many applications. This year's conference will be hybrid, so it will include both in-person sessions and be streamed online.
