Research on the Technology of Rapid Import and Feature Extraction of STL Digital Model for Complex Components

Aiming at the redundancy of STL digital analog data and the complexity of feature extraction in complex cabins, this paper studies the rapid import technology of binary file and text file STL digital analog formats, and implements the rapid import of digital analog through this system. According to the triangular mesh model of STL mathematical model, features such as vertex and normal vector, area, and center point of the triangular surface of the work piece are extracted. Based on the geometric and topological characteristics of triangular patches, the subdivision is performed using a dual deviation angle surface subdivision algorithm and a projection surface subdivision algorithm, respectively. According to the idea of hierarchical trajectory planning algorithm, trajectory planning is performed for each simple sub piece, and finally the trajectory is connected to form a complete spray trajectory.
