Innovative Design of W Plate Automatic Rope Laying Equipment based on TRIZ Theory

Through the analysis of the problems in the process of W-plate artificial rope application, the existing problems are found out and the technical conflicts are determined. According to the appropriate invention and innovation principle, the solution idea and specific design scheme are obtained.Thus, an automatic equipment which can effectively solve the problem of automatic rope laying of W-plate is designed, which effectively solves the problems existing in the process of manual rope laying of W plate.
