Typical Application Scenarios and Architecture Design of Power Demand Response

In the context of the "dual carbon" strategy, the "ternary contradiction" of energy, electricity, safety, reliability, clean, low-carbon, and economic efficiency has become more prominent, and the system has a huge pressure on elastic regulation. It is the focus of future research work to build a new power system aggregation technology architecture to mobilize massive, flexible, decentralized and difficult to see, measure and control flexible resources. This paper analyzes the situation of the rapid growth of power system load and the large-scale access of new energy, combs the application scenarios of demand response for new power systems, studies the characteristics of demand response aggregation technology architecture, and gives suggestions on the development of demand response resources participating in power system operation, which provides important technical support for new power systems in China.
