Sorting Structure Design of Automatic Campus Express Sorting System

With the rapid development of e-commerce platforms, people's habits have started to change. More and more people are engaging in online shopping, with students accounting for a significant proportion. As recipients of emerging trends, college students' total online shopping consumption has been increasing year by year. Due to the large quantity of campus deliveries, issues such as high sorting error rates and low efficiency often occur. In this paper, we propose a new type of intelligent campus express sorting system that addresses the slow sorting speed and limited area of distribution centers. This device consists of sorting and conveying mechanisms, enabling accurate identification and sorting of packages, meeting the demands for special item sorting, improving efficiency, and achieving closed-loop collaboration with downstream storage lockers. The structure exhibits high levels of automation and intelligence, providing a new approach for the comprehensive design of campus express sorting systems in the future.
