Research on Heat Dissipation Simulation of Glare Device Based on Ansys-Icepak

[Objective] To study the heat dissipation characteristics of high-light blinding device. [Methods] Firstly, the heat dissipation design of the internal structure was carried out to improve the internal air flow channel, and the forced air cooling design idea of internal circulation and external circulation was adopted. Secondly, the optimal fin layout and fin height, thickness, number, spacing and other technical parameters were obtained by simulation analysis of a variety of cooling fins. Finally, the air flow required by forced air cooling was calculated through theoretical analysis, and the appropriate fan was selected according to the air flow. [Results] The research shows that the fin adopts the form of parallel rectangular line, which can achieve the best heat absorption and heat dissipation effect. [Conclusion] In the heat dissipation design, the combination of conduction heat dissipation and forced air cooling heat dissipation can improve the heat dissipation effect of high-light blinding device to a certain extent.
