Application Research of Temperature Control System of Small Container of Cigarette Pack based on Velocity Model

[Background and purpose] At present, the small pack ironing container device used in the packaging workshop of cigarette factory generally has the problem that the temperature of the heating iron of the container fluctuates greatly when the vehicle speed changes, which leads to the difference in the filming of cellophane package due to the difference in temperature, and the beauty effect of the cigarette bag transparent paper is not ideal. [Method] The device collects the encoder signal of the packaging machine through the control system, calculates the speed value through the internal calculation, and sets up the mathematical model on the basis of the preliminary experimental data to realize the intelligent control of heating power. [Result] The control system can precisely control the temperature value of the beautiful container, so that the temperature of the soldering iron can keep the deviation within ±3°C in the process of speed change, and then improve the quality of the transparent paper of the small box cigarette bag.
