Improvement of Aluminum Foil Paper Transportation Stability for ZB45M Packaging Machine

In order to meet market demand and reduce the capacity pressure of new medium cigarette, the stability of aluminum foil paper conveying in the ZB45M packaging machine has been improved. By optimizing the aluminum foil paper acceleration roller, improving the aluminum foil paper refueling device, and improving the aluminum foil paper semicircular knife cutting device, the operating speed of the equipment has been increased from 300 packages/minute to 335 packages/minute. The results show that after improvement, the number of packaging machine shutdowns has decreased by nearly 50%, the proportion of aluminum paper faults has decreased by more than 40%, and the proportion of aluminum foil paper conveying blockage has also decreased by 50%. The stability of aluminum foil paper conveying in packaging machines has greatly improved.
