Diagnosis and Prediction of Servo Motor System of High Speed Winder Based on SiePA

The new domestic ultra-high speed cigarette machine uses a large number of independent servo motor systems to achieve the precise control of each transmission mechanism and cigarette drum, which puts forward higher requirements for the use and maintenance level of motor components. For the motor servo system, this paper puts forward a set of diagnosis and prediction system scheme on the basis of Siemens SiePA, achieve the servo motor system life cycle preventive maintenance management through multi-dimensional data association, artificial intelligence model establishment, complete the servo motor system health value assessment and fault diagnosis and prediction, help the factory to improve the level of operation and maintenance effectively.
