The Evolution of Spatial Coordinate Measurement Technology

With continuous development of technology, the demand for spatial coordinate measurement has gradually increased. Based on the measurement characteristics, the coordinate measurement system is divided into the centralized measurement system and distributed measurement system and these systems are further classified. Some classical measurement systems are introduced in detail, including the measurement principle, the advantages and the shortcomings. At last this paper introduces the trends of the spatial coordinate measurement system and give a conclusion.
