Renewable Energy Planning Based on Multi-Scenario Technology and Satisfaction Evaluation

Aiming at the problem of conservative planning method of distributed renewable energy (RDG) in the worst scenario of the system, based on multi-scenario technology, a RDG planning method considering scenario satisfaction is proposed. Firstly, based on Coupla theory, a power curve with source load correlation is generated, and the uncertainty of load prediction error is considered. From a data-driven perspective, the lower bound of the p-box is used to describe the short-term load volatility and the degree of the upper bound of the p-box to constrain the load with the long-term development of the society, and multiple scenarios of source load are generated accordingly. Then, considering the economy, the planning benefit index covering the expected income of power supply enterprises and investment companies is established. Considering the coordination, a scene satisfaction index which can evaluate the network loss rate and voltage deviation time by time is established, and then a two-objective optimization model considering economy and coordination is constructed, which is solved by NSGA-2. Finally, the effectiveness and practicability of the proposed model are verified by an example of IEEE 33-node network.
