Comparative Study on Algorithms of JRODOS and GNACAS

JRODOS is one of the widely used accident consequence assessment and emergency decision support systems worldwide, while GNACAS is a representative professional software system in this field in China. This paper selects the site of a nuclear power plant as the research area. On the basis of the same input data (source term of accident, meteorological conditions, calculation area), this paper uses JRODOS and GNACAS for evaluation, compares the calculation results of the two systems, analyzes the reasons for the differences. It can also evaluate the rationality of JRODOS calculation results, and put forward suggestions for subsequent research.
