Research on Resource Scheduling System of Virtual Machine Based on Cloud Platform

This paper studies memory real-time monitoring and dynamic scheduling (MMS). The libvirt function library and the libxc function library developed by Xen software are used to solve the problem of VM memory shortage and dynamic scheduling when the memory is idle. The VM migration mechanism is used to solve the problem of server memory shortage. A miniature private cloud computing environment based on Eucalyptus is constructed and applied in practice. Research shows that MMS can realize efficient release of storage resources by implementing virtual machine migration mechanism when host memory is insufficient. The MMS gives it a new maximum storage space. MMS can recover idle storage when capacity is reduced, and it does not have much of an impact on virtual machine performance under 150 MB. Experiments show that the proposed method can efficiently monitor virtual machine storage in private cloud computing environment and realize dynamic allocation of virtual machines.
