Optimal Framework Construction Method for Day-Ahead Self-Dispatch of Load-Side Virtual Control Units in Response to Dispatch Orders of Main Grids

This paper considers the combination of distribution-side distributed small battery energy storage clusters and charging and swapping station aggregates as the virtual control unit (VCU). This paper combines with the existence of the VCU operated by intermediaries in the operation of the actual power system, establishes the optimal model of self-scheduling of the VCU in the day-ahead stage. The model carefully describes the operation mechanism of the VCU and the dynamic time-varying characteristics of the daily operation and regulation capability of the distributed components. It proposes a number of coordination mechanisms for the intra-station self-sufficiency and inter-station mutual aid among flexible resources, so that the optimal allocation of daily dispatch commands issued by the main grid can be accomplished under the task of satisfying the charging and swapping station's own operation. The main contribution of this paper is to propose the establishment method of the optimal self-dispatch model for the distribution side VCU day-ahead to better facilitate the participation of distribution side resources in the active operation of the power system in new type of power system.
