Wind Turbine Gearbox Oil Health Assessment Method Based on Deterioration Rate Variable Weight Correction

In order to accurately evaluate the health status of wind turbine gearbox oil, a comprehensive health evaluation method of lubricating oil based on multi-indicators deterioration and deterioration rate variable weight correction was proposed. Firstly, based on the oil inspection data, the grey relational analysis (GRA) is used to calculate the constant weight of each indicator, and the variable weight is calculated according to the deterioration and deterioration rate of multiple indicators. Then, fuzzy linear transformation is used to calculate the relative deterioration degree of each indicator. Finally, the health status of different lubricating oils was evaluated by using the variable weight vector and the indicator deterioration degree results. Based on three kinds of oil inspection data of three wind turbines that have been working continuously for 1.5 years, the health status of different lubricating oil under the same operation time was compared and analyzed. The results show that the proposed method can effectively evaluate the health status of different lubricating oils, which has important reference significance for the selection and replacement of lubricating oil in wind turbine gearbox.
