Anti-SMSP interference based on fractional order filtering combined with sparse reconstruction

Smeared Spectrum jamming (SMSP) produces a comb-like multi-lobe structure at the radar terminal, which can form a dense false target with deception and suppression. In this paper, an anti-SMSP interference method based on fractional order filtering combined with sparse reconstruction is proposed. Firstly, the uncoupled interference signal is filtered out by the adaptive filter. Secondly, the characteristics of large interference energy are used in the time-frequency domain to filter out the interference signal coupled with the target signal in the domain. Finally, according to the linear relationship between the undisturbed signal and the sparse frequency domain of the target echo signal, the compressed sensing reconstruction of the target signal is carried out. The simulation results show that the proposed method can suppress SMSP interference and effectively retain the target signal information when the interference intensity is 20dB or the SNR is −15dB.
