Research Progress of Planar Van Atta Array

This research progress of our team regarding the planar, dual-polarization and dual-frequency Van Atta arrays. To achieve large-scale planar Van Atta arrays, a multi-layer interleaved broadband planar feeding network is designed. For the realization of a dual-polarization rotatable Van Atta array, a multi-layer strip lines feeding network with polarization rotation functionality is developed. By employing a hybrid array of single-port dual-frequency and single-frequency antennas, along with novel single-port dual-frequency antennas, 1-D and 2-D dual-frequency planar Van Atta arrays are achieved.
