Evaluation Model of Rural Energy Supply Value Chain of Energy Cooperative Based on AHP Analytic Hierarchy

This paper takes the rural energy supply value chain as the research object, and constructs an evaluation model based on the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to evaluate the comprehensive benefits of different types of energy cooperatives in the rural energy supply value chain. This paper first analyzes the characteristics and composition of the rural energy supply value chain, then determines the goal layer, criterion layer and scheme layer of the evaluation model, which include five criteria of comprehensive benefit, economic benefit, social benefit, environmental benefit and technological benefit, and four types of energy cooperatives schemes of wind power, solar power, biomass power and small hydropower. This paper uses expert survey method and consistency test method to determine the weights between each layer, then uses AHP to calculate the comprehensive scores of each scheme, and conducts ranking and sensitivity analysis. The results show that wind power cooperatives have the highest comprehensive benefit in the rural energy supply value chain, followed by solar power cooperatives, biomass power cooperatives and small hydropower cooperatives are relatively low. This paper provides a scientific evaluation method and reference basis for the optimal configuration of rural energy supply value chain and the development of energy cooperatives.
