Voltage Sag Evaluation Considering the Sag Tolerance Characteristics of User-Side Equipment

This paper aims at the common voltage sag problem in power grid, taking the power grid in a certain area as an example, using PSCAD for modeling, and using the PSCAD automation library in the Python to develop a program for conducting Monte Carlo simulation and automating data processing of the power grid. This paper proposes a comprehensive evaluation index that combines the normal operation probability of user-side equipment with the probability of grid fault type occurrences. By calculating the above two indices, the user-side voltage sag is evaluated, which provides a reference for the transformation of the power grid and the prevention of voltage sag.
