Monoid on Gödel implication operator over Neutrosophic Fuzzy Matrices and Decision Making Process for Higher Education Institution

In this article, we construct a Gödel implication operator for a neutrosophic fuzzy set. We investigate monoid on the operator over neutrosophic fuzzy set and discuss the properties in Neutrosophic fuzzy matrix (NFM). The Gödel implication with NFM is being used to determine the upper boundaries on the decision-making process while choosing higher education institutions.
