Development and Application of Intelligent Translation Human-computer Interface System for Energy English

With the internationalization of the market economy, the application of intelligent translation technology has also developed vigorously on the basis of computer related technology. Rule-based Machine Translation method and corpus-based translation method are the basis of machine intelligent translation. In this paper, a new method for human-computer interface translation was proposed. Artificial scoring and C-value methods were applied, and the intelligent human-machine interface system for energy English was studied. Unlike the previous Machine Translation methods, the method did not rely on automatic learning of machines, but obtained bilingual parallel corpora by crawler technology, and completed the whole translation process under manual intervention. Compared with the automatic translation of an independent machine, this human-computer interface was more efficient and accurate in translating energy English.
