Two-level Expansion Planning Method of Active Distribution Network Considering the Uncertainty of Wind and Solar and Load

As a large amount of renewable energy is connected to the distribution network, it is necessary to plan the expansion of the distribution network while taking into account the uncertainty of its output. To this end, this paper first uses scenario analysis method to deal with the uncertainty of renewable energy and load, and then proposes a two-layer expansion planning model of active distribution network. The upper planning layer takes the lowest annual comprehensive cost as the optimization goal and considers the transformation of lines. Upgrading and various costs, the lower operation layer takes the lowest annual operation cost and the smallest node voltage offset as the optimization goals, considers the line operation conditions and the location and capacity of distributed photovoltaics, and transforms the two-layer model into a multi-objective optimization After the problem, the normalized normal constraint (NNC) method is used to solve the problem to obtain a uniformly distributed Pareto front. Finally, the effectiveness of the extended planning method is verified through case analysis.
