Low Carbon Evaluation Method of Transformer Area Considering Carbon Reduction Potential in User Side

In order to effectively evaluate the low-carbon operation level and carbon neutralization potential of distribution network transformer area (TA), a comprehensive evaluation method considering the carbon reduction potential in user side is proposed. Firstly, based on the theory of carbon emission flow, the node carbon intensity of TA are calculated, the maximum carbon reduction in TA is calculated according to the signal of low carbon demand response, and this is taken as the key assessment indicator. Secondly, the indicator system is constructed by comprehensively considering the information in source-network-load-storage sides that can reflect the low-carbon operation of the TA. The comprehensive weight of the indicators are determined by using the analytic hierarchy process and entropy weight method, and the final scores are calculated by TOPSIS method to obtain the evaluation results. Finally, the actual data of a certain region are used to conduct an example analysis, comprehensively and objectively evaluate the low-carbon operation level of different regions.
