Personalized Experiences Within Heritage Buildings : Leveraging AI For Enhanced Visitor Engagement

This paper examines the implementation of AI-driven personalization to enhance visitor brand engagement in heritage buildings. Many heritage building poses historical and cultural importance, but they often struggle to attract visitors in modern society. This study uses a mixed method approach, where qualitative and quantitative data collection methods are used to explore the impact of AI on visitors’ level of engagement. The findings of the study indicate that AI-driven personalization improved visitor engagement, satisfaction, and brand perception of heritage buildings. It also helps in the preservation of cultural heritage. However, it poses challenges linked to data privacy.
