A New Quantitative Evaluation Method for Flexible Load Energy Conservation Potential of Power System Based on Random Forest Algorithm

The response potential of power system is difficult to quantify accurately. In order to improve the effectiveness of its quantitative evaluation results, a new quantitative evaluation method of flexible load response potential of power system based on random forest algorithm is proposed. The flexible load model of power system considering user demand is constructed, the function expression of fuzzy rules is obtained through the fuzzy subset of user power load, and the objective function of flexible load of power system is set; The response potential factor of flexible load is calculated based on random forest algorithm. According to the mean value of offset uncertainty and the result of node splitting and updating, the response potential factor under different electricity price indexes and power load is obtained; The quantitative evaluation algorithm of power load impact potential is designed, the comprehensive evaluation indexes are calculated and recorded, and a new quantitative evaluation method of response potential is obtained. The quantitative results obtained from the experiment are consistent with the actual indicators, which shows that the quantitative evaluation method has good accuracy and good practical application effect.
