Digital Empowerment Services Enhanced by Computer Software-Exploration and Practice of Informatization Construction in Local University

The traditional “One Network, All Can Be Handled” is based on PC web pages as service entrances but it is difficult to have full-platform support and cross-platform information synchronization. Although the platform gathers services, it is difficult to activate and retain users. Thus, Guangdong Ocean University built a comprehensive information service portal of “unified organizational structure + unified authentication + unified message + internal channel + enterprise WeCom” above single-system service thinking. The portal meets the needs of professors and students. Data, business, technology, and AI are included in the overall framework for all-around three-dimensional services in various terminals. Professors and students “actively participated” in the information construction.
