Solvent Effective Engineering for Spin-Coating of Graphene Oxide for Liquid Crystal Devices

Due to an innovation use of the different nanoparticles in the physics and engendering the study of the graphene oxide structures is modern and actual. This research compares the results of the graphene oxide films applying as an orienting and the conducting layers on the glass and indium-tin oxides surfaces. Studies of the film deposition make it possible to select an effective graphene oxide solution for further use in the devices based on the nematic liquid crystals.
