Metrological Level Evaluation Method for Electric Power Complexes Information and Measuring Systems

Electric power complexes are infrastructure’s key elements that ensure stable and reliable power supply. However, its operation depends on various external influencing factors that can adversely affect information and measurement systems functioning quality included in them. In order to assess and analyze this influence, an integrated approach is required, taking into account systems’ many parameters. We consider IMS functioning quality assessment methodology for electric power complexes, allowing to determine external factors influence degree and reliability recommendations development.
