Application of Machine Learning in Investigating the Impact of Green HRM Practices in Sustainability of an Organization

To develop sustainable practices in this industry, it is important to comprehend how green HRM practices influence employees' eco-friendly actions and businesses' green efficiency. Training programmes, employee input into environmental policy, and open lines of communication regarding sustainability objectives are just a few examples of the ways in which green HRM practices strive to increase workers' environmental understanding and engagement. Examining how well these procedures translate into true pro-environmental conduct among employees within an organization is essential. The study seeks to explore how Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) practices impact pro-environmental behavior and its subsequent effects on organizational green performance. Employees' pro-environmental actions and the relationships between organizational citizenship behavior for the environment (OCBE) and green work will also be studied. It provides an in-depth analysis of the ways in which GHRM practices may boost environmental results and speed up organizational green performance. Ontologies reflect the study’s constructions and sub-constructs and are utilized to power comparison analytics and context knowledge-based machine learning models.
