Preliminary Findings of Stimulated Brillouin Scattering with Satellite Transmission

This paper describes an experiment to search for the missing piece of Stimulated Brillouin Scattering from the High Frequency Active Aurora Research Program (HAARP) experiment. We have explored illuminating an actively transmitting spacecraft with HAARP. We report that with visual analysis we have found satellite transmissions scattered.
