Inductance Prediction Model for the Planar Meander Structure using RBF

In this paper, prediction of meander line inductance using deep learning supervised regression Radial Basis Function (RBF) model has been demonstrated. The meander line inductance model has the input parameters: number of meander turns, the length of long arm, conductor width and conductor thickness. The dataset of 10,000 points created using the analytical expression available in literature. The developed RBF model have the mean squared error and $R^{2}$ are 0.931 and 0.997 respectively.
