The Impact of GHRM Practices on Sustainable Development Goals

The aim of this research was to investigate the impact of Green Human Resources Management Practices on Sustainable Development Goals within Al Manaseer Group in Jordan. The study used a quantitative methodology to examine the data pertaining to the variables under investigation. The acquired data was subjected to analysis using PLS-SEM. A total of 302 questionnaires were gathered, which were deemed eligible for analysis, resulting in a response rate of 81.6%. The findings indicated that the implementation of green human resources management methods, including Green R&S (Recruitment and Selection), Green T &D (Training and Development), Green P A (Performance Appraisal), and Green C&R (Compensation and Rewards), had a statistically significant influence on environmental practices. However, the study revealed that green human resources management practices, such as Green T &D, Green P A, and Green C&R, had a statistically significant influence on community practices. On the other hand, it was found that green recruitment and selection did not have a statistically significant impact on community practices. This suggests that the organization should prioritize incorporating community goals into the recruitment process to ensure a positive effect on community practices. The study ended by offering recommendations for more future studies.
