Exploring Job Burnout Among Nurses at Jordan University Hospital: Impact of Technology Use, Work Powers, and Pressures

The study aimed to measure the prevalence of the phenomenon of job burnout among nurses at the Jordan University Hospital, as well as to determine the relationship between the use of technology and the pressures and powers of work in the phenomenon of job burnout and determine the reasons for the spread of the phenomenon of burnout. Work powers and the fifth section measure the dependent variable of job burnout with the dimensions of emotional stress and personal achievement. The data was processed and analyzed through the statistical analytical program SPSS to obtain the results and answer the study questions. One of the most important results of the study is the existence of a statistically significant inverse relationship between both the powers of work and the degree of job burnout in its two dimensions. At the same time, there was a statistically significant direct relationship between work pressure and the degree of job burnout. The analysis showed an inverse relationship between the use of technology and the spread of job burnout.
