This research aims to identify the connection between macro-economic factors (inflation rate, exchange rate and interest rate) and the performance of investment portfolios in the Dubai Financial Market (DFM). Multiple regression analysis was used as an approach to process and analyze data. Among the other findings the researchers discovered, the most crucial one is that there is no statistically significant correlation between the efficiency of investment portfolios in the DFM and the rate of inflation and exchange rate. Moreover, a statistically significant connection exists between interest rate with the performance of investment portfolios in the DFM. The research recommended the need to direct the UAE economy to work to maintain the exchange rate and keep it away from fluctuations to ensure market stability and thus attract investments. It Is also necessary to work to reduce the inflation rate, which in turn will affect improving the performance in the DFM, which will have a major impact on the trend of investors to invest in this province in its various forms. These results provide different parties such as investors, government, and policy makers with essential information regarding investment strategies and technical analysis in the DFM.
