Challenges and Opportunities of Big Data in Knowledge Management Practices

Knowledge management is critical to organizational success in today's data-driven world. This study examines the complex link between big data and knowledge management practices. Leveraging insights from a systematic literature review, the study explores the implications of big data analytics on firm performance, knowledge management, and decision-making-a systematic approach, with data collected from ten pivotal articles, predominantly from Scopus. The literature analysis has identified quality attributes of knowledge and the required machine learning algorithms. The most important ones include Support Vector Machine (SVM) and decision tree algorithms. This paper underscores the vital role of knowledge management in harnessing the potential of big data, resulting in improved organizational performance.
