The Role of Human Resources Management Towards Psychological Health in the Era of Digitalization

The study aimed to identify the role of Human Resources Management practices and their impact on psychological health in the era of digitization among employees of telecommunications companies in the Kingdom of Bahrain. The descriptive analytical method was used. Because it is able to provide explanations appropriate to the nature of the research, and also respond appropriately to the research hypotheses. The electronic survey was also relied upon as the main tool for the research, and the tool was applied to a stratified random sample of (291) individuals. However, only (157) of the responses were suitable for statistical analysis using the (SPSS) program, and the study reached several results, the most important of which are: There is a role for human resources management towards psychological health in the era of digitalization, The greatest role was the changing health and safety of staff, followed by the internal and external working environment. The researcher also presented a number of recommendations, the most important of which was: that managers of HR should enhance the level of psychological health of their employees through various methods, such as allowing them to set the organization's goals, and giving them a distinctive identity.
