Study on Simulation Model Correction of Heat Transfer between Finned Tube

The heat transfer performance of the finned tube bundle of the direct air cooling system will be deteriorated by dust accumulation. In order to study the heat transfer characteristics of the condenser after dust accumulation, CFD is usually used to calculate the heat transfer and flow calculation of a single fin of the condenser after dust accumulation. Due to the uncertainty of the physical and chemical properties of the dust and the uncertainty of other parameters of the CFD calculation model, it is difficult to obtain high accuracy in the CFD calculation. In this paper, the response surface method is used to optimize the relevant parameters of the finned tube heat transfer model. For the 0.2mm thick finned tube, the samples required for the response surface model are given by the DOE method, and the genetic algorithm is used to construct The response surface model takes the temperature value and the convective heat transfer coefficient measured in the experiment as the target, and the revised heat transfer model is obtained. In order to verify the degree of adaptation of the modified model to the thickness of dust accumulation, the heat transfer models of 0.1mm, 0.3mm and 0.4mm finned tubes were calculated using optimized parameters. The fin heat transfer model has a high accuracy for calculating dust accumulation of different thicknesses.
