Development and Practical Application of Cognitive Model of Female Managers' Social Responsibility Based on Machine Learning

With the continuous improvement of economic level, the performance of enterprises' role in the society has attracted much attention. Chinese enterprises are not simple market-oriented organizations, they fulfill their profit target and play a role in promoting the sustainable development of social economy. It is found that when women join the management team, it will have a positive impact on the fulfillment of corporate social responsibility. Although the performance is not obvious when there are few women, it is more obvious when there are a large proportion of female managers. Women managers are different from men in observing and analyzing corporate behavior, and there are differences in management values. Combined with their experience, women managers form a unique management style. This paper analyzes how female administrators in colleges and universities seek the realization of self-worth on the basis of self-cognition, and the main obstacles for female administrators in colleges and universities to get social recognition under the existing social system and cultural construction. Finally, from the perspective of economics, this paper discusses how female managers can maximize their self-worth and social value by seeking a proper balance between self-cognition and social identity.
